About the College Square Association Board of Directors: 

​

The condominium enables an owner to purchase one-half of a duplex and it maintains the common elements-type property such as roofs, fences and front yards as defined in the association's governing documents.

​

The Association's owner/members elect a Board of Directors who contract with a property management company to supervise the day-to-day operations.

​

An annual financial budget is approved and monthly assessments are collected from the owners.

The Board meets monthly to review the management company's reports related to the budget, maintenance contracts and covenants enforcement.
