College Square Association is a condominium association in beautiful Suffolk, Virginia.
Our community consists of 112 one-story brick duplex buildings (224 units) and five common areas. It was developed by Westview Building Corporation in the early 1980s and officially incorporated in 1985.
College Square Association is managed by Atlantic Community Management.
Location
College Square is located in the northern part of Suffolk, Virginia near the intersection of College Drive (Route 135) and Interstate 664 (Exit 8-B).
Most of the units are located on Old College Drive, Bradford Drive, Brookwood Drive (north of Camellia Drive) and Brookwood Court.*
*Please note: not all of the brick duplexes in this area are part of the association.
The College Square Apartments located on Old College Drive (south of Magnolia Drive) are not part of the association.
